Villa Rodi is a private 180 sq.m. villa, developed over three floors, with a private pool and outdoor jacuzzi.

On the ground floor are bedrooms with direct access to the outdoor area, the private garden and the pool. These spaces offer comfort and privacy, while the layout allows easy, functional everyday use.

On the main floor is the fully furnished living room with fireplace, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. On the same level are the fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and direct access to furnished verandas with open views. The living area is designed to also serve guests with disabilities.

Wooden floors, exposed chestnut-wood roofs and warm furnishings complete the feeling of serenity created by the open view to the olive grove and the sea, through the many openings, verandas and the villa's garden.

All spaces are air-conditioned and have their own Smart TV. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests.

Ground floor

Three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00) and private bathroom; the second with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00) that join into a double, with exclusive use of a bathroom outside the room; the third with independent entrance, two joinable single beds and private bathroom. All spaces have direct access to the furnished private courtyard, the garden and the outdoor areas. A corridor on the same level houses the washing machine.

First floor (Main entrance)

A living room with sofas and armchairs, an energy fireplace and direct access to a furnished veranda connected to the pool and jacuzzi area. On the same level are the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight and a bathroom, while the main entrance ensures easy access from the parking area and accessibility for guests with disabilities.
