The Deluxe Three Bedroom House (120 sq.m.) is one of the five independent houses of the Dio Escapes Signature Houses estate, corresponding to the house Parnonas. It unfolds over three levels and offers an increased sense of comfort and space, ideal for larger families or groups seeking privacy and unobstructed views.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first is particularly spacious, with a large double bed and a 1.30 m wide sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children.
