The Three Bedroom Houses (100 sq.m.) are two of the five independent houses of the Dio Escapes Signature Houses estate, corresponding to the houses Prastos and Vigla. They unfold over two levels and offer a spacious stay, ideal for families or groups of friends who want comfort and privacy.

On the upper floor is the bright living room with fireplace and TV, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed. The large traditional kitchen and a WC are on the same level, together with an independent private veranda with open views, connected by an outdoor staircase to the house's private garden.

On the lower floor there are three bedrooms. Two share a bathroom, while the third has an independent entrance and a private bathroom, offering extra privacy. All bedrooms have direct access to the private garden with its outdoor seating.
